At Teyvat Tavern, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey into fashion; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
